Ray Baxter brings more than three decades of experience launching, growing, and selling businesses across solar energy, construction, advertising, wellness, coaching, food, and hospitality. A serial entrepreneur with a hands-on approach, he understands what it takes to turn an idea into an operating business—and the daily responsibility of keeping customers satisfied, teams productive, and revenue moving.

His experience spans business development, marketing, sales, customer service, and operations. Having built businesses in several industries, Ray recognizes the challenges owners share: attracting the right customers, responding quickly, following through consistently, and managing growth without becoming the bottleneck in every decision.

Ray began using AI within his own businesses to address those challenges. That firsthand experience shaped his approach to technology: every system should serve a clear purpose, solve a real problem, and deliver value the owner can recognize.
